Live Heat Press

Part of our Event Experiences — also: Sticker Vending · Live Laser Engraving

Also known as a live patch bar, live hat bar, or live merch station — same setup: real-time, on-site customization your guests take part in.

We press DTF transfers or embroidered patches onto totes, pouches, hats, apparel, and more. Guests place the design; we apply heat and pressure; they peel and walk away with a retail-ready piece in seconds.

What We Press

  • Totes & Pouches

Wedding favors and corporate swag that hold up to daily use.

  • Canvas Wristlets

Compact, giftable format for showers and activations.

  • Apparel & Hats

Tees, hoodies, jackets, hats — a live hat bar when you want a dedicated station.

  • DTF vs Patches

DTF = full-color, smooth print (great for detailed logos). Embroidered Patches = textured, higher-end finish. We’ll recommend based on item, art, and budget.

FAQ

DTF vs Embroidered Patches?

DTF is full-color and flat — best for detailed or multi-color art. Embroidered patches are raised and textured — often the more premium look.

How Many Items Per Hour?

About 50 per station. We can add stations for high traffic.

Do You Supply Blanks?

We can source them, or press onto pre-approved items you provide.

Can Guests Bring Their Own Items?

We press from the curated selection locked at booking so quality and speed stay consistent.

Can We Use Our Logo or Wedding Monogram?

Yes — as DTF or embroidered patch. We’ll confirm sizing and format when you inquire.

Is There a Minimum?

30 items.

How Far Ahead Should We Book?

As early as you can, especially peak wedding and activation season.
